Expanding into the Heartland
Standard Scaffold is pleased to announce the launch of a new location. Strategically located on Range Road 220 (north of Fort Saskatchewan) the new yard has been named the Heartland Hub. The name represents our position among the many industrial businesses surrounding the location. Providing high-quality industrial services to these sites will be our primary goal for this location.
Nearby sites include Dow Chemical, Shell, ATCO, and Kinder Morgan. Directly adjacent to the property is a new build industrial site. This will be a major ongoing project for the next decade or so. Standard Scaffold will be suitably positioned to provide site services and maintenance support as needed, and on a long-term basis.
Site Services, Maintenance Support & More
All the Standard Scaffold services offered from our central Edmonton location will be available from the Heartland Hub. In addition to the new land, we’ll be expanding our service offerings and personnel at this location. Our partnership with AMECO will allow us to surge forward in our industrial site service offerings. For example, we will have a heavy-duty mechanic on site, as well as new technology designed to better serve industrial clients. Through the STAR tool crib program with AMECO, the Heartland Hub facility will offer additional tool support and heavy-duty equipment.
Site services provided from this location will include:
- Scaffolding & insulation services
- Carpentry
- Formwork
- Trailer and office maintenance
- Insulation fabrication
- General site clean-up
- Real-time estimating and reporting
The SEEMS Program
Through the SEEMS program, Heartland Hub clients will have access to estimating and cost-management reporting. This is a custom program that no other companies are offering to industrial clients. We expect this program to add significant value for Heartland Hub clients.
